"Quick & Easy" Skirt and Ruffled Petticoat.

Your full circular skirt can be as gay or formal as your choice of fabrics. Waistband is narrow. Skirt has a side placket opening. Petticoat is circular too, has a deep self ruffle at the hemline. You'll make several of these skirts.

Waist 24 inches / 61 cm

Pattern is UNPRINTED and checked complete. Tissue and instruction sheets are in very good condition. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with overall paper tanning, spotting and shelf wear.
